In our past we may have suppressed vital aspects of ourselves - such as joy, sadness,excitement - or denied our inner quieter poetic life.
Adopting others' attitudes, conditionings and responses may result in coping with, rather than living life fully. We can sense that something is missing.

In GESTALT PSYCHOTHERAPY we take time to follow our moment to moment awareness,including noticing the judgements that we may have .
This conscious noticing can enable us to experience how we are now, and to feel the effects on ourselves and our relationships.
AWARENESS AND CHOICE
From this awareness we can comlpete old unresolved experiences, freeing energy to make more conscoius choices and to consider other options.
We can explore other, more satisfying ways of being. We can be more ready to move on.
