The most reliable indicator is your gut sense. Helpful are questions like: Do I feel comfortable enough with this other person? Do I sense they have something of value to offer me ?
How can therapy help?
Therapy/counselling can help you to find a better understanding of
yourself. It can help you to come to terms with difficult life experiences, like loss,bereavement,relationship endings, and more.
How long will therapy take?
Each individual is unique. We will have an initial meeting to see if working together feels right. If we feel it this, we will then have an
agreed number of meetings, at which stage we review your needs.
